-Soils in Classroom-Steve Stauffer (Description-Why & How I taught soils 48 times in 44 years.
Interactive – Classroom focused , Not a soil judging session, Bring your questions & thoughts.
Be ready for some Dirty talk !!)
–Meats/Reason-Roger Carr- Discover the correlation between meat and livestock evaluation. You will be supplied lessons plans to incorporate with students. If you teach animal science or coach Meats or Livestock judging this should be beneficial
-AET in the Classroom- Alexis Howell (Description- Want to learn how to use AET in classroom? Looking for new ideas and strategies to use in your class and FFA Program?)
-Principles- Leslie Fairchild – Learn about modules that are a way for teachers to help develop global competency in their students in the principles course.

–Drone-Mark Carter– Purdue Extension Description- Want to Learn to Fly a Drone?  Do you need to see what works best for your program?  Need ideas to revamp your curriculum)

–Animal Science Lab-HU- Get knowledge of Animal Science labs and experiments that might help further your classroom.  Tour the animal labs at Huntington University and gain new lessons to engage your students.

–Greenhouse Lab-HU (Description-Learn Greenhouse Management Techniques, Want to know where to get supplies? See what ideas you can use for fundraisers) 

–Tony Harl- Curriculum Q & A session– (Description- Want to ask curriculum questions?  Want to be part of committee to help develop Principles Course?)

–Preparing Your Students for the Global World of Work: Becoming a Globally Competent Teacher Sarah LaRose/ Mariah Roberts

Description: Are you teaching concepts and ideas that you didn’t realize you’re teaching?  Come learn about globally competent teaching, strategies for becoming a globally competent teacher, and take home a few practical applications for using them in your classroom.

–Tori McCreary- FFA Officer Training ( Looking for ways to train your FFA officer team. Need suggestion on Officer Retreats)

-Landscape Curriculum ideas/lessons– Roy Johnson (Learn strategies, skills and content to teach Landscape and Turf Management.  You will learn how to utilize your school campus to teach landscape design, construction and maintenance.  Bring your questions to get a better understanding of this under appreciated course)

–5E lesson Plan Format- MCAERT– Lindi Kocher (Discover the components of a 5E lesson plan supporting  inquiry-based instruction. This approach provides effective strategies while

students learn to conduct investigations and dig further into a topic. Learn

how to build a course outline using specific units and topics while at the

same time keeping alignment to standards as a goal.)

–FFA Ambassadors- Cameron Frazier, Laura Crosby – Want to learn how to utilize the National FFA website?  Need new lesson plans and ideas to increase awareness to National FFA and all the in’s and out’s of the FFA website.

–Farm to Fork-Joey Dunn –  Explore how adding a Cattle farm to your program provides unique learning opportunities.  We will explore initial plans, hurdles you will encounter, and what to expect from the facility.

-Middle school Ag Science lessons- Lindi Kocher /Soybean Alliance–  Explore activities found within the Middle School 5E Agriscience Library sponsored by Indiana Farm Bureau. The free subscription to the library is made possible by Indiana Soybean Alliance. Additional materials will be showcased and shared with attendees.

-Diversity- & Inclusion- Corey Flournoy- What to increase diversity in your classroom? Learn from former National FFA officer.
